Greek Chicken

While some folks dream of Genie, we dream of Greece over here. The centuries old, warm, earthy flavors fill our culinary hearts with glee. When we began crafting this meal, we selfishly drew upon our favorite Mediterranean dishes and concocted this delightful medley. Briny Kalamata olives pair beautifully with roasted red peppers and artichokes. Chicken thighs are livened up with crisp lemon, grassy olive oil and spicy oregano. Suffice to say, this meal is our love letter to Athens.
